INTERVENTION IMPLEMENTATION AND CHANGE
The firsts series of intervention implementations to cause the desired change from the results of the YEPP! #3 fundraising campaign to the desired $10,000 for the YEPP! #6 fundraising campaign are immediate ORGANIZATIONAL COMMMUNICATION INTERVENTIONS.
These interventions are immediate because the YEPP! #6 event is December 20, 2013 and today is December 1, 2013.
The first series of ORGANIZATIONAL COMMMUNICATION INTERVENTIONS to be taken now are:
1.) Create and update the Event Flier;
2.) Create and update the Student, Parent, Teacher and Staff Call to Action Letter and distribute it to the school along with the Event Flier on Tuesday 12-3-2013 through Ms. Juliette James, the event Producer.
3.) Complete a Press Release for the Campaign releasing it through a major media and social media campaign so as to impact the fundraising campaign;
4.) Complete the Media Lists for Pakistan, nationally, locally, and internationally.
5.) Complete the UPP! YEPP! HHSA Talent Show Fundraising campaign for Pakistan website at www.upp2020.org and make it open raising $10,000 via the online Indigogo Campaign;
6.) Set up and implement a UPP! Board Conference Call on Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at 6pm-7pm with all of the Board members and stakeholders present to establish complete communcation on all of the present activities, challenges, and victories of UPP! and YEPP! in preparation for the event on December 20th.
7.) Create and have made the Event Banner.
8.) Create a Media Kit;
9.) Create and the necessary further call to action letters for the various “communities” or “markets” to which we are addressing the calls to action.
Following the completion of the immediate and pressing work of the current campaign concluding on December 20th, a further detailed ORGANIZATIONAL COMMUNICATION INTERVENTION based upon the model with structures to maintain and expand commuication both within UPP! and between UPP! and the local and international communities will be examined and implemented more systematically further.
